This past weekend was spent in sunny California with my bestie, Liz, her fiancé, and her sweet Mom. I tagged along to see their wedding venue (Kunde Family Estate) and help with wedding planning. Honestly, it was one of the best weekend trips ever! So much fun to see all of the fun stuff they have planned for their big day and to enjoy the sun and warmth.
Isn't she the cutest! I cannot wait for her big day! She is going to make a beautiful bride and a winery wedding... everything will be breathtaking! Words can't describe how pretty Boot Hill at Kunde is. Stunning views and great wine. Could you ask for a better big day??
Necklace: Betsy Pittard Designs LOVE all of her jewels! I have two necklaces of hers. The tassle one and a rocking' golden dipped shark tooth necklace that I wear all the time. I never thought I would get so much wear from big necklaces. Both are linked!
Shirt: Sincerely Jules Old, but similar. I love her shirts! I bought a few at Piperlime last summer and wear them constantly. So light and they are so versatile.

Sometimes Andre 3000 is not correct. Ha! Beautiful sunny weather was just what we all needed for a weekend escape from DC.
We spent one afternoon making a quick stop by Gloria Ferrer Winery. All of the bubbly was incredible. My favorite was the Brut Rose. SO GOOD. B and I are going to get a bottle for our wedding toast.
After a couple days in Sonoma County, we headed back to San Fransisco. This was my second time to California. Previously, I went to Palm Springs for a sorority convention (I can't make this up...). SF is so much bigger than I thought! B and I are staying a few days after Liz's wedding to explore SF some more. The seven hours we spent around town on Sunday gave me a good taste of the town! We ate both lunch and dinner in The Mission and ventured up to Twin Peaks to look out over the city. The views were stunning! The Golden Gate bridge is HUGE and it was so neat to see it in person.
It was a beautiful day in SF as you can see, but it was extremely windy! Our hair was everywhere!! So neat to see so far since it was a clear day.
Visiting the beach could have been my favorite little pit stop! I got to put my feet in the Pacific ocean for the first time. Another body of water... Check!
An absolutely stunning sunset. Thank you Liz for taking some of the pics!

For your entertainment: The Californians - I couldn't help myself all weekend. I had to do impressions. We did take THE 101 quite a bit. Thank goodness for California directions.
Thanks for following along! Check back tomorrow for the second installment of weekly wants!
